Day 3 Of Filming

We filmed at Stevies house for the bedroom scene, I think that we could have found a better location as her bedroom isn't very big and it was difficult to get the camera in a good position. We could have framed it better as all that you see in this scene is Robs back. After we had filmed this we went to the train station to film the last and most important parts of our film. As we couldn't get to a cliff we couldn't film him falling off a cliff to kill himself so instead we had him jump onto the train tracks. we filmed different shots of him looking through photos that he had taken of Scarlett, we will slot these clips into the film to show that he is giving up on Scarlett and life. Then we filmed Joes death, we filmed a train going past and we filmed Rob pretending to step out onto the train tracks. The problems of filming at the train station was that its w a public place where people wait a lot so we spent a lot of time filming these scenes.

Day 2 Of Filming

Today we went to film at a cafe which was very difficult as there was not a lot of room to film so it was really difficult to frame our shot properly. We also did shots of Joe watching the couple from across the road. After that we went to film the fight scene, I went back to school to get the tracking equipment which was really heavy and a lot to carry all by myself. when we had set up the tracking it was difficult to film it on the uneven ground in the alleyway and we had to film it a few times to get it right but everything else was good the actors were really good and got there lines right.

Day 1 Of Filming

The first day of filming went pretty well as we didn't face any real problems with our shots. We followed our shooting schedule and got all the shots we needed.

Test Shots

Before we went out and filmed our film we had a few types of shots that we wanted to see if it was possible to do effectively. So we tested them to see how we could do them, these shots included, a point of view shot of someone falling backwards, a shot of following someone with a camera, a focus pull and a shot of the world rushing past someone. We researched how we would do these shots and tried a couple of ideas out.

GLAM Ident

This is our film company's ident. An ident is something that identifies the company which has made the product. We made the ident using Livetype. We need to have our own Ident so that we can make a brand identity for all of the film we make, other companys have there own Idents such as Pixar, Warner Bros and 20th century fox.
